Elite Wrestling Club: Folkstyle
Our main club program is built around folkstyle wrestling, the style most youth, middle school, and high school wrestlers compete in during the regular season.
Training focuses on the positions and habits that decide matches: stance, motion, hand fighting, shot selection, finishing, defense, mat control, and wrestling through pressure.
Athletes are not just moved through drills. They are coached, corrected, and held to a clear standard so they can fix mistakes before those mistakes become habits.
This program is best for wrestlers who want consistent coaching, structured development, and a serious room during folkstyle season.
Freestyle Wrestling
Freestyle wrestling gives athletes a different kind of development after folkstyle season.
Wrestlers learn to attack with urgency, defend exposure, scramble through difficult positions, and stay active when the match opens up. It helps athletes build mat awareness, improve body control, and continue developing instead of losing momentum after the regular season ends.
Freestyle is not just extra wrestling.
It is a way to keep one foot in the room, sharpen technique, and build confidence through a different style of pressure.
This program is best for wrestlers who want to keep improving after folkstyle season and continue building toward long-term development.
Private and Small Group Wrestling Sessions
Private and small group sessions are built for wrestlers who need focused correction on the details holding them back.
Training may focus on stance, motion, hand fighting, shot selection, finishing, defense, mat wrestling, scrambling, conditioning, or match-specific problems that keep showing up in competition.
These sessions are not random extra reps.
They are targeted coaching blocks built around what the athlete needs to fix next.
This option is best for wrestlers who need more individual attention, sharper technical correction, or focused preparation outside the regular group setting.
STRUCTURE. CORRECTION. DEVELOPMENT.
More Than Mat Time
Elite Training Center is built for wrestlers who are ready to be coached, corrected, challenged, and developed through consistent work.
If your athlete is ready for that kind of room, registration is the next step.
